Devflex® 4020PF Flat Metal Primer & Finish
A
rust inhibitive acrylic metal primer for interior/exterior steel & galvanized
surfaces.
Advanced technology premium waterborne acrylic primer and finish.
The rust inhibitive, low odor, low VOC primer is suitable for interior/exterior
steel surfaces and weathered galvanized metal. This durable primer
features low odor and will bond to clean, glossy, hard surfaces,
such as old enamel finishes without sanding.

Devran® 223
Recoatable Epoxy Primer
Devran® 223 Recoatable Epoxy Primer is a rust inhibitive primer
for interior or exterior steel surfaces. It is an excellent holding
primer with superior aged recoatabliity. The color permits easy coverage
with topcoats.
Provides excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance for metal substrates
such as steel structural members, hollow metal doors & frames,
cabinetry, machinery, equipment, piping and tanks in all industrial
environments. Also an excellent prime coat in the hard service areas
of public and private institutional, educational, and commercial
buildings, transportation equipment.
Catha-Coat® 302HB Reinforced Inorganic Zinc Primer
Catha-Coat® 302HB is a high performance, two-component, reinforced
inorganic zinc-rich primer with proven cathodic protection of steel
structures.
This unique formula features a pre-mixed zinc base which, when converted,
can be applied over commercial abrasive-blasted steel (SSPC-SP6,
ISO-Sa2). Most ICI Devoe Coatings High Performance Finishes can be
applied as soon as solvents evaporate from the film without topcoat
bubbling normally experienced over inorganic zinc-rich primers.
Ideal for cathodic protection of steel structures, tanks, equipment,
piping and other steel surfaces exposed in mild to severe industrial
environments.
Also ideal for touch-up and maintenance work because of its easy
application, wide compatibility and fast dry-to-recoat.
RustGuard™ 4140 Q.D. Shop Coat Primer
RustGuard™ 4140 Q.D. Shop Coat Primer is an all-purpose, rust
inhibitive, interior/exterior alkyd shop coat primer for topcoating
with conventional alkyd coatings. Drive in 30 minutes with four hour
recoat.
DevGuard™ 4160 Multi-Purpose Tank & Structural Primer
DevGuard™ 4160 Multi-Purpose Tank & Structural Primer
is a high solids, rust-inhibitive, interior/exterior alkyd primer
for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metal including galvanized metal
and aluminum. May be top-coated on ferrous metal with epoxy and urethane
coatings as well as conventional alkyd and latex products. Excellent
for use as a barrier coat when applied over sound aged oil or alkyd
finishes, which are to be top-coated with heavy-duty coatings. This
product has exceptional resistance to exterior weathering, making
it suitable for use as a shop primer.
