Bulls Eye® primer-sealers solve common paint problems such as stains, knots, fire damage, and other difficult surfaces. Whether a problem exists or not, using a primer-sealer on any surface gives you a better-looking, longer-lasting paint job.

Ordinary undercoaters either promote adhesion or prevent excessive absorption of a topcoat by porous surfaces. Bulls Eye® primer-sealers perform both functions and seal off stains and blemishes. They help painters get quality results on any paint job.

Why Use A Primer-Sealer?

You get a better paint job if you start with an undercoat designed to seal, prime and block out stains. Painting on porous surfaces without a sealer will result in poor and uneven gloss finish, poor scrubbability and the surface will get dirty faster. Painting on stained or knotty surfaces without a stain-killing primer-sealer will not properly cover blemishes.

Primer-sealers save you time and frustration and help you paint like a pro.

The following primers differ in resin base and solvent system. Which to use depends on what's being painted and which solvent system the painter prefers.

B-I-N is the original primer-sealer based on a solution of shellac in alcohol.

Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a water-based acrylic interior-exterior primer-sealer.

Cover-Stain is an oil-based interior-exterior primer-sealer.
